This kit comes with 4 1/2″ x 1/4″ reducer bushings for 4 90 degree 1/4″ ptc X 1/4″ npt swivel elbows. 1832 Lone Star Rd, Mansfield, TX 76063. Brand new Basic Inflation Valve kit for 1/2 NPT Bags. This kit will work only with 1/2 NPT Bags Only. This is a very basic kit where you do not need too many fittings or wiring valves etc. Simply run one airline (1/4″ OD) from Air Tank to Back side of this (pre-fitted) Air Lift 26229 gauge panel, bring two lines out split each line in to two with 1/4″ Union Tees. SWITCHES & SWITCH BOXES. 1832 Lone Star Rd, Mansfield, TX 76063. This kit includes a Viair 444C Single Chrome 200 PSI Max Air Compressor with 165/200 PSI Pressure Switch & heavy duty 40 AMP relay. The front bag brackets are complete bolt in type with single bellow bags on front, Rear lower axle bag brackets require welding over the axle with bolt in cups on top, rear double bellow bags. Comes with 2.5 Gallon 6 1/4 NPT tank (Black or Silver Color) with all required fittings, Airline, Manual Paddle switch gauge panel & Front Universal Shock relocation kit. Fittings shown in the picture are for illustration purposes only. The actual number of fittings included will be as per tank and will be a complete fittings set for this kit. Do not use shocks with more stroke than the bags stroke, otherwise bags will split at bottom or top due to over extension. No Compressor wiring or relay & gauge light bulb wiring included with this kit. 5″ Tall Cups on front top with all thread, with 2″ cups on lower A Arm, Drill through the bottom A arm to bolt single bellow Airhouse2 Bags on front. Relocate shocks outside A arm (welding may be required) 3 Tall cups on rear top with all thread, weld axle brackets on rear bottom axle with center to top cups, bolt double convoluted bags on both upper cup & lower over the axle brackets. Front Bags are single convoluted with 5.875″ Diameter, these will collapse 2″ and max 8.5 high (Max height will be based on pressure in the bags). Usable stroke of 6″ to 6.5″. Rear Bags are double convoluted with 5.875″ diameter, these will collapse 3.25″ and Max 11 high (max height will be based on how much pressure in the bags). Usable stroke of 7″ to 7.5″. Make sure both front and rear bag bracket are in center to each other before bolting the bags down on them. No wiring as well as hardware is supplied with this kit. Use 3/8-16 UNC bolts with the bags. Bolts must be of right size otherwise longer bolts may damage the bags. Parts Included with This kit.
