This is x1 brand new #2500 air bag with end plates. This listing is for those people wanting to build their own projects who need air bags. Custom load assist kits. Dump vehicles to drop car onto ground. 4 or 5 Link conversions from leaf spring. Drop car trailers to ground for easy ramp access. This bag has the same footprint as the BOSS and THOR 2500 series bags. By popular demand I now do the these with plain end plates. No bolts or air line holes so you can fabricate your own mounting points by either welding or bolting to the end plates any way you see fit. Previously we had 2 bolts per plate and people struggled with working to these bolt locations and lengths etc. The end plates are 6mm mild steel and untreated so they are easy to weld. They do come pre-drilled for the clamp rings and each plate comes with 6 bolts and spring washers for the clamp ring. They are 136mm wide. With regard to the air inlet you can position that anywhere on the end plate that works in conjunction with your brackets. It is simply a threaded hole. You can bet if I were to supply the hole it will be right where you dont want it. This #2500 bag is tested to 50t each and also to 400 psi. And so it’s attained a government approved standard. The 2500 series bags are all conservatively rated to 2500 pounds each or 1.2t and so 2 x bags combined are rated to 2.4t. Fully Compressed 65mm with 6mm ends fitted. Max Diameter- 155mm (widest when fully compressed). Max working pressure 0-160psi. The bag comes with 2 new alloy rings and end plates. This is 1 x Bag with end plates and rings.
