This kit includes a Viair 444C Dual Chrome (2 Compressors) 200 PSI Max Air Compressors with 165/200 PSI Pressure Switch & heavy duty 80 AMP relay. The front bag brackets are complete bolt in type with single bellow bags on front, Rear lower axle bag brackets require welding over the axle with bolt in cups on top, rear double bellow bags. Comes with Made in USA Bags, Laser Cut welded brackets, Made in USA 5 Gallon 7 Port Slim & Skinny Steel Tank painted inside out to prevent rust. Fittings shown in the picture are for illustration purposes only. The actual number of fittings included will be as per tank and will be a complete fittings set for this kit. Do not use shocks with more stroke than the bags stroke, otherwise bags will split at bottom or top due to over extension. 5″ Tall Cups on front top with all thread, with 2″ cups on lower A Arm, Drill through the bottom A arm to bolt single bellow Airhouse2 Bags on front. Relocate shocks outside A arm (welding may be required) 2 Tall cups on rear top with all thread, weld axle brackets on rear bottom axle with center to top cups, bolt double convoluted bags on both upper cup & lower over the axle brackets. Front Bags are single convoluted with 5.875″ Diameter, these will collapse 2″ and max 8.5 high (Max height will be based on pressure in the bags). Usable stroke of 6″ to 6.5″. Rear Bags are double convoluted with 5.875″ diameter, these will collapse 3.25″ and Max 11 high (max height will be based on how much pressure in the bags). Usable stroke of 7″ to 7.5″. Make sure both front and rear bag bracket are in center to each other before bolting the bags down on them. Parts Included with This kit. Following items are included with this kit. Here’s what you get with our Stage 1 package. Slam Specialties RE6 front air bags – these front suspensions are tight for space, and these’bags fit perfectly. 4 path manual control panel. One switch per corner, and a pair of dual needle gauges to help you set your ride height, all mounted on a brushed stainless steel panel. Front and Rear Airbag Mounting Brackets. The front brackets weld to your frame, and the rears weld to the side of the notch and on top of your axle. 8-piece Weld-in Frame Notch Kit. This notch is big enough to lay 22 wheels, and is stronger than the section of frame it replaces. Viair 480C chrome air compressor. Big enough to keep your air tank filled up, small enough to work with your factory alternator and battery. 5 gallon aluminum air tank. The right size tank to fit in your trunk or under your bed, and enough air to lift you up without waiting. DOT-approved air line and fittings. We don’t cheap out on our plumbing. Only the highest-quality fittings and line to give you a leak-free system. Includes pressure switch, relay, 10 gauge wire for your air compressor, and 18 gauge wire for your pressure switch.
